The Wild Times: New Forest Day Retreat: An immersion into rest
Delighted to be partnering with Jenny Clark from the Wild Times again…This retreat can either be booked as a single day or book both days.
Across the two days we will be exploring the seven different types of rest, with yoga classes, meditations, workshops and more, set in an amazing treehouse in the woods. Come with comfy warm clothes and socks, an extra blanket (or just go full pyjamas if you like!)
We'll start on Saturday with hot drinks and an opening circle before practicing a restorative class and sound bath together with Pip Roberts.
Sunday will feature an amazing workshop with Abi Titterington Lough from 20a Aromatherapy, who will be leading a workshop to make your own calming blends to use during yoga and any time you need some peace, complete with one of her signature herbal teas to drink during the workshop.
There will be time to walk through the woods and explore the turrets and bridges of the treehouse. Meditate and write on the decking surrounded by trees. Toast the obligatory marshmallows and have a cacao around the campfire. Chat and connect with others over tea and lunch. Help your body, mind and nervous system deeply rest in our yoga classes, sound bath, creative workshops and quiet nature time and then head back out into the rest of the world with a little more calm in your soul - more grounded, connected and wild. You are welcome to come solo or with friends! We always have a mix of both!
The retreat days run from 10.30am - 5.30pm each day, we can recommend places to stay locally if needed.

The Peak - Midsummer Sound and Auriculotherapy
Join us for an evening of rebalance and rejuvenation as the days reach the peak of their length in the Northern Hemisphere. Soothing the nervous system is on the horizon as we cool our jets for a moment.
Erica (Five Pivots), a licensed acupuncturist, will place your choice of ear seeds OR needles, tailored to your specific needs. Ear seeds are sweet, little gold beads on translucent plasters that stay on for a few days.
Pip will guide the group into rest with a yoga nidra meditation followed by an offering of transportive sound, to soothe on a deep cellular level.
This collaboration was transcendent in February and it won’t happen again for the foreseeable future. If you’re feeling drawn to participate, don’t wait!

The Bridge To The Edge Of Winter - Auriculotherapy + Sound. Five Pivots X Pip Roberts @ Now Studio
I am delighted to be partnering up with Erica Freas of Five Pivots Acupuncture to create an afternoon of auriculotherapy and sound.
An afternoon to rebalance and rejuvenate tired winter bodies and nervous systems at the beginning of February (the month that winter in the UK often starts to feel a little like a marathon)
Erica will offer a choice of ear seeds (tiny metal beads on transparent plasters that stay on for a few days) OR needles to meet our individual needs and energy.
Then Pip will invite all to rest into sound, to rejuvenate on a deep cellular level to aid the passage over the bridge to the edge of winter.

The Hermit - named after the card that has kept on showing up for me lately - The hermit represents a break from your regular activities in order to focus your attention and energy inside.

It’s dark at 4 pm these days and let’s be honest we want to go to bed. But for most of us that’s a little bit early. However, it is the perfect time to take rest (it’s ALWAYS the perfect time to take rest 😜).
(if you cant join us because you are busy/or busy hermitting in a different way at that time then recordings are available for 30 days)
The practice is EXACTLY what we all need at the moment. Some sweet movements to release (suitable for all bodies and all energy levels) some sacred shapes to explore with bolsters and blankets and a more than substantial lay down.
Just £15 AND you get the recording for all of December. So you can come back to it when you need that moment of reconnection/excuse to leave the family in another room/something to do in the expanse between Christmas and new years/ to ease that exhaustion.

Yeo -ga brunch At Yeo Valley
YEO-GA BRUNCH
Yoga with a view. We are delighted to be teaming up with local dream team Pip Roberts and Clem Balfour for a morning of relaxing and stretching at our HQ Canteen overlooking Blagdon Lake. Yeo Valley Chef Ali Pumfrey will then invite you all to be seated to a well deserved wholesome brunch.
Not one but two wellness sessions will ensure your weekend gets off to a chilled start. Book out the morning in your diary now, arrive for 10am, and the event (and hopefully yourself!) will wind down by about 1.30pm.
Pip will take you into the cosmic world of sound baths, and the yoga session will be led by Clem (outdoors if the weather lets us!)
All levels welcome. There is some movement but nothing strenuous.
Included in the day is an arrival drink, 2 wellness sessions, mid morning snack, and a light brunch with soft drink. Bring your own mat, or we can supply one – add to your basket at checkout.
