The Wild Times: New Forest Day Retreat: An immersion into rest


Delighted to be partnering with Jenny Clark from the Wild Times again…This retreat can either be booked as a single day or book both days.

Across the two days we will be exploring the seven different types of rest, with yoga classes, meditations, workshops and more, set in an amazing treehouse in the woods. Come with comfy warm clothes and socks, an extra blanket (or just go full pyjamas if you like!)

We'll start on Saturday with hot drinks and an opening circle before practicing a restorative class and sound bath together with Pip Roberts.

Sunday will feature an amazing workshop with Abi Titterington Lough from 20a Aromatherapy, who will be leading a workshop to make your own calming blends to use during yoga and any time you need some peace, complete with one of her signature herbal teas to drink during the workshop.

There will be time to walk through the woods and explore the turrets and bridges of the treehouse. Meditate and write on the decking surrounded by trees. Toast the obligatory marshmallows and have a cacao around the campfire. Chat and connect with others over tea and lunch. Help your body, mind and nervous system deeply rest in our yoga classes, sound bath, creative workshops and quiet nature time and then head back out into the rest of the world with a little more calm in your soul - more grounded, connected and wild. You are welcome to come solo or with friends! We always have a mix of both!

The retreat days run from 10.30am - 5.30pm each day, we can recommend places to stay locally if needed.
