What is nearby?
Gwenver beach is 6 minutes walk down a quiet track - such a spot to surf or watch the sunset or build sandcastles. (this is the place in the picture here)
Sennen Cove - 30 minutes walk over the cliff track gets you to the ice cream counter on Sennen beach - providing you don’t stop to admire the view too much. 5 minutes in the car if you don’t want to walk. There is a surf school here too - and you can hire boards etc.
Minack Theatre - for your alfresco culture fix.
Lands End - tbh, theres nothing great here except for the views - well worth a stomp along the coast path though.

Super fast (60MB) broadband means you can stay connected. There is also phone reception and 4g at the house.
