Yoga nidra - I love you...... let me count the ways
Yoga nidra - yogic sleep - is a meditation.
But all so often, when we need it, our bodies may cross the line and we may fall asleep.
It is all good either way though, just set an alarm and trust that your body will do as it needs in that moment.
WHY DO I LOVE NIDRA? Let me count the ways......
